You may have a tendency to exaggerate, overstate and overplay something that usually people do not really like, since you may over promote mostly the ego.
If however you are looking for newly found confidence this is a good aspect for it. It will definitely boosts your self belief, however still there is a need to watch what you promise, and what you expect even from your own self and how big you are going to inflate your own ego. Don't boast of what you have or can do, as it can easily bite you in the back. Sun is usually responsible for our self expression and pride and Jupiter is going to overextend that during this transit. However difficult that is, try to remember these days: 'less is more'.

During theses 3-4 days until the aspect lasts expect the unexpected. There will be changes that are shocking behaviour of authority figures, father or even an important male figure in your life. There will be lots of flexibility needed otherwise this transit will cause upsets and havoc. Uranus is the planet of authenticity and higher truths so if you weren't living according to that this transit will push you out of that comfort zone in a split of a second. Expect disruptions in your career that brings you radical changes. You may have to face identity crisis and that makes you behave erratically, shocking people around you. If you have been working in a career that was not in true alignment with your being you may even lose your job now. Or you might be forced to relocate since the place you have been living was inauthentic to your being. When Sun meet Saturn in tense aspect, Saturn the planet of limits, duty and karmic debts dims Sun's light and his ability to shine. Self-expression becomes rather limited and the ego is blocked, shut down. There is not a lot of self confidence during these days and fears might keep you trapped from performing or creating. It feels as someone has thrown a damper on your ability to have fun and enjoy yourself. No, this is not a lighthearted, party time. You could be called out for a past mistake that you have long forgotten about. A responsibility may feel now especially heavy and burdensome. Your mood is more pessimistic, negative with a tendency to feel depressed because of heavy karma that may show up as a boss, parent or authority figure who is calling you to account, giving you harsh criticism even sometimes bully you. It is not a long lasting influence, unless Saturn is transiting the natal Sun. It is best to accept if you have to pay for past mistakes, learn from it and put your head down, work through it meticulously, patiently with no or very little reward for your hard work.

Uranus retrograde in Taurus
Uranus stations retrograde on the 23rd degree of Taurus until early October. That means that if you have any planets close to this fixed degree - check it here - you will feel restlessness, an intensity due to the radical change you are making or changes that have been imposed on you by the outside. The Uranian shifts often come really fast, out of the blue, or shockingly because simply that is the nature of Uranus.
In the collective this can manifest as extreme earth events such as earth shakes and quakes, but equally could be political and financial 'earthquakes' as well due to its position in Taurus and still ongoing square aspect to Venus.
