Exciting New Endeavours

Updated: Apr 9, 2021

On Monday 3:30 am GMT, we are rising to a brand-New Moon on the 23 degrees of Aries. This initiating, feisty, roaring sign hosts the first lunation of the astrological year. Aries New Moon being a cardinal and fire sign is all about the rebirth of nature and fresh new beginnings where ever this sign falls in our natal chart.

This new moon holds mainly fire and air elements and cardinal modality, radiating masculine, outward pointing, go getting type of energy ♂. The vital, physical drive is very much needed for awakening of the new, the fresh. No coincidence perhaps, that in the UK life is opening up, after schools, now shops, bars and restaurants invite us to get the party started, after so many months of hiding inside our houses. Make sure you have a reservation.

As above so below, we on Earth reflect the energies of the sky and with four planets in Aries, we are very much caught up in our impulses, being thirsty for competition.

Sun and Moon the luminaries of the sky, want us the plant new seeds in this fertile ground, Venus is our taste and pleasure acts as a warrior type of flirty Goddess in this sign, and calls us to have joy and value this process, Mercury the messenger of the Gods makes us think and decide fast and speak with enthusiasm. Hold your horses and make sure you listen to others, before you leave them in the dust behind you.

Pluto squares this stellium of four planets form the end of Capricorn which makes the lunation even more intense, nearly forcing us to act. Capricorn is also a cardinal, go getter type of drive, and there is a clash here because of the type of action: whilst Capricorn is very cautious, likes to plan its initiation, Aries is the opposite, who acts on impulse.

Mars is approaching Jupiter with a beneficial trine aspect, which will enhance that lucky, optimistic quality of our new exciting endeavour. Some of the manifestations of the positive Jupiter Mars aspect are increased desire to win and compete, good fortune from self believe bountiful, positive energy and taking a lead in increasing our wealth.

What makes this full moon even more remarkable and outstanding from the rest, is that the following day Moon goes into Taurus where she is exalted. With Sun already exalted in Aries this is the only time of the year, when we get to start a project with two exalted luminaries in the sky, establishing the success of our enterprise with the help of the Gods. So be not shy when you are planting those seeds, or when you are launching that new project next week.

The only really negative aspect is the separating Mars square Neptune, which means that this lethargic, low energy or deceitful actions, confused motivation, nasty gossips are still lingering around for a bit. Well, there’s no rose without thorns.

Have a blessed week

Ildiko
