As each 29th day the Moon moves into the exact opposition with the Sun, she becomes fully illuminated by the sun shining light on earth, casting her light upon the night of the last Sunday - also known as Gold Sunday - before Christmas. The last full moon of this year is happening on the 27th degree and 29th minute of Gemini on Sunday 4:35 GMT.

Delightedly, this full moon is a lucky, joyous one for receiving a strong, harmonious aspect from Jupiter just before he leaves the sign of Aquarius that he has been occupying for a full year.
